We want you to be obsessed with your Coconut Lane goodies, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are unused and remain in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely package your items in their original Coconut Lane packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in pristine condition.

  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
